Yes, by appointment only. Our showroom is at Unit 13, Museum, The Bradshaws, Wolverhampton WV8 2HU. Booking ahead means you can see the products in person and talk through your plans without being rushed, and out-of-hours appointments are available. We review your preferred size, finish and accessories and prepare a clear written proposal for the agreed product and installation. Once you accept, the agreed deposit secures your order and we confirm the next steps in writing. We then set up a dedicated WhatsApp group that connects you with our office and installation team until handover.

No. Our own installation teams supply and install every pergola and veranda we sell, with no unknown third-party installation company involved. That means one company stays responsible from the site checks through fitting, handover and aftercare, and you can always reach the people managing your project.
