Your project WhatsApp group
Once your project is booked, we create a dedicated group connecting you with Spencer’s. It becomes the central place for questions, photographs, dimensions, access details, installation updates and aftercare communication.
Your proposal
Tell us the preferred size, finish and accessories. We review the information and prepare a clear proposal for the agreed product and installation scope.
Booking your project
Once you accept the quotation, the agreed reservation or deposit secures the order. We confirm the next actions and anticipated installation timing in writing.
Your WhatsApp group
We set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for your project. It keeps you, the office and installation team connected, with specifications, access information, photographs and updates kept together.
Preparing the area
The installation area must be clear, accessible, level and structurally suitable. We provide dimensions where needed so patios, decking or foundations can be prepared with the correct support positions.
Pre-installation confirmation
Before arrival we confirm the date, payment position, access and selected specification. Installation dates remain subject to weather, transport and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Professional installation
Our own installation team builds and fixes the pergola, fits the agreed accessories and checks operation. Standard installations are completed as efficiently as the site and specification allow.
Handover & aftercare
We explain operation and care, confirm the applicable warranty and keep the WhatsApp group available for installation queries or snagging that needs to be reported in writing.
The customer remains responsible for providing accurate measurements and site information and for ensuring any existing base, patio, decking or foundation is suitable unless its construction is expressly included in our quotation. Full details appear in our Terms & Conditions.
